What wood species do you offer?We offer a wide variety of wood species to meet your needs. We offer Pine, Western Red Cedar, Cypress, Mahogany, and Redwood. Pine is a great entry level species that can be used on the exterior but may require more maintenance. Western Red Cedar and Cypress are beautiful wood species and are very resistant to the elements. Mahogany is one of the best species to use on the exterior and typically used on higher end homes. All of our species can be painted or stained.Can I paint or stain my shutters?All of our wood shutters can be ordered primed, pre-painted, or raw for you to stain or paint. |
Can the shutters be decorative or functional?Yes. Our wood shutters can be attached directly to the home as a decorative installation. Or you can order additional hardware to make your shutters functional.What is your warranty?We hand craft all of our wood shutters for architectural authenticity and beauty. We offer a 1 year warranty on the material and craftsmanship of all wood shutters. Being a natural product the shutters life will increase based upon how well they are maintained. Well maintained shutters have been known to last a lifetime. |
